hey guys and girls, Today we did hand writing and our hand writing was a 100 word count. It was about a man who was in the war. He sacrifice his self for his friend and got shout. The war lasted 4 years it started in 1914 and in 1918. To remind everyone about him they made a statue of him at a park. Here is a photo of the statue. Disclaimer the story is not real.
I am a student in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. I am a Year 5 and my teacher is Miss Scott. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful in your comments.

Good morning Kushla.
ReplyDeleteI feel sorry and grateful for the men and women who went to war.I couldn't imagine how it was for them.
Do you know the name of the man that this statue was made for?.
Every year we go to the A.N.Z.A.C parade in town to show our respect for the men, women and children who died during the wars.
